Terms & Conditions — fe99 Platform Rules and User Agreement

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Member", "you", "your") and fe99 ("fe99", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the fe99 website located at https://fe99.org and all associated services, including but not limited to online casino games, sports betting markets, live dealer tables, instant games, account wallet services, customer support, and promotional offers (collectively, "the Services").

By completing the fe99 account registration process, clicking "I Agree" on any registration or login screen, accessing any part of the fe99 platform, or using any fe99 Service, you unequivocally confirm that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease using the fe99 platform and close your account if one has been created.

These Terms are supplemented by, and should be read in conjunction with, fe99's Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific or promotion-specific rules published on the platform. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any game-specific or promotion-specific rules, the game-specific or promotion-specific rules shall take precedence for the matter to which they specifically relate; in all other respects, these Terms shall govern.

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

Access to and use of the fe99 platform is restricted to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during their continued use of the Services:

• You are at least 18 years of age. fe99 operates strictly as an 18+ platform. Gambling by persons under the age of 18 is prohibited without exception.
• You are accessing the platform as a private individual acting in your own personal capacity and not on behalf of any third party, business entity, or syndicate.
• You are not accessing the platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from fe99 or from any other gambling platform under an active self-exclusion agreement.
• You are not listed on any exclusion register or prohibited persons list maintained by fe99 or any partner organisation.
• You are of sound mind and are not suffering from any condition that impairs your ability to understand the nature and consequences of gambling.

fe99 employs age verification procedures as part of its account registration and Know Your Customer ("KYC") process. You may be required at any time — including at the point of registration, at the point of a withdrawal request, or at fe99's discretion during the course of your membership — to provide documentary evidence of your age, identity, and residential address. Acceptable documents include a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, or driver's licence, accompanied by a recent utility bill or bank statement confirming your address.

3. Account Registration & Verification

To access the full range of fe99 Services, you must create a registered member account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, mobile phone number, and a valid email address. You are obligated to keep this information up to date at all times. Failure to maintain accurate account information may result in restrictions on your ability to deposit, withdraw, or access certain Services.

Each individual may hold exactly one (1) active fe99 account at any time. The creation of multiple accounts — whether using the same identity, different identities, shared devices, shared IP addresses, or any other mechanism designed to circumvent this restriction — is strictly prohibited. fe99 uses automated and manual monitoring systems to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, fe99 reserves the right to close all associated accounts and to forfeit any balances held therein.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person, and you must not allow any other person to access or use your account. fe99 will treat all activity conducted through your account as activity authorised by you. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify fe99 support immediately at [email protected].

fe99 reserves the right to request enhanced verification documents at any stage of the account lifecycle, including but not limited to source-of-funds documentation, enhanced due diligence questionnaires, and proof of payment method ownership. Accounts that fail to complete requested verification steps within the timeframe specified by fe99 may have withdrawal capabilities suspended pending completion of the verification process.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Rules

All financial transactions on the fe99 platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). fe99 supports deposits and withdrawals via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and selected Bangladeshi bank transfers including Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. Visa and Mastercard card payments are also accepted subject to card issuer approval.

Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply to each payment method and are clearly displayed within the Cashier section of your fe99 account at the time of each transaction. These limits are subject to change at fe99's discretion and may vary based on your account verification status, account tenure, transaction history, and the applicable payment method.

Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket are credited to your fe99 account balance in real time, typically within two (2) minutes of the transaction being confirmed by the relevant payment provider. fe99 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts — the name on your fe99 account must match the name registered with your payment method. Deposits received from mismatched accounts may be reversed.

Withdrawal requests are processed in BDT and returned to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to applicable withdrawal verification checks. Standard withdrawal processing times are as follows: mobile wallet withdrawals (bKash, Nagad, Rocket) within thirty (30) minutes during standard operating hours; bank transfer withdrawals within one (1) to three (3) business hours. fe99 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal, which may extend the processing time.

• fe99 does not charge fees for standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply its own transaction fees, for which fe99 accepts no liability.
• Funds deposited into your fe99 account are held in a segregated account and are not used for operational purposes.
• Pending withdrawals may be cancelled by the member within the cancellation window displayed in the withdrawal section. Once a withdrawal has been processed and dispatched, it cannot be reversed.
• fe99 reserves the right to impose cooling-off periods on withdrawal requests where unusual account activity or verification concerns are identified.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

fe99 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing members, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, reload bonuses, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as the Bangladesh Premier League (BPL), IPL, T20 World Cup, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. Each individual promotion is governed by its own specific terms and conditions, which are published alongside the promotional offer and which members must read before opting in.

The following general conditions apply to all fe99 bonuses and promotions unless the specific promotion's terms expressly state otherwise:

• Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus wallet and must meet the stated wagering requirement before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn as real money.
• Wagering requirements specify the number of times the bonus amount (or, where stated, the bonus plus deposit amount) must be wagered using real funds or bonus funds as specified in the offer terms before a withdrawal can be requested.
• Bonuses have an expiry period, typically between seven (7) and thirty (30) days from the date of credit, as stated in the individual promotion terms. Bonus funds not used within the validity period will be automatically forfeited.
• fe99 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus offer at any time without prior notice, provided that this does not affect bonuses that have already been claimed and accepted by a member.
• Bonuses are not transferable between accounts and may not be exchanged for cash except in accordance with the applicable wagering requirements.
• fe99 reserves the right to void bonus funds and any associated winnings where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a member has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, placing hedged bets to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk, or colluding with other members in relation to a promotional offer.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per member, per household, per device, and per IP address.

6. Game Rules & Betting Conduct

All casino games available on the fe99 platform are provided by licensed third-party game studios including Pragmatic Play, Microgaming, NetEnt, Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, and Spribe, among others. Each game is governed by its own set of rules, which are accessible within the game interface. Members are responsible for reading and understanding the rules of any game before placing a bet.

All game outcomes on fe99 are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems that have been independently tested and audited for fairness. The stated Return to Player (RTP) percentages for each game are accurate as provided by the game studio at the time of publication. fe99 does not manipulate game outcomes.

With respect to sports betting, the following rules apply:

• All sports bets are accepted subject to the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. Odds may fluctuate before confirmation; the odds at the moment the "Place Bet" action is completed are the final accepted odds.
• fe99 reserves the right to void any bet where the odds were displayed in error due to a technical fault, data feed error, or manifest pricing mistake.
• In-play (live) bets are accepted subject to real-time odds that may change rapidly. Once an in-play bet is confirmed, it is binding at the confirmed odds.
• Match postponements, abandonments, and walkovers are governed by fe99's Sports Betting Rules, which are published separately on the platform and are incorporated into these Terms by reference.
• fe99 imposes maximum bet limits per event and per market. These limits are displayed within the bet slip at the time of bet placement.
• Winnings from successful bets are credited to your account wallet promptly following the official settlement of the relevant event.

fe99 reserves the right to suspend betting markets, void settled bets, and withhold or reclaim winnings where there is reasonable evidence of match-fixing, corruption, insider information, or any other form of irregular betting activity affecting the integrity of an event.

7. Prohibited Conduct & Account Suspension

Members are required to use the fe99 platform in good faith and in compliance with these Terms at all times. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of this agreement:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at registration, during verification, or at any other point of interaction with fe99.
• Creating or operating more than one fe99 account under any circumstances.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other non-human mechanism to access, interact with, or derive advantage from the fe99 platform or its games.
• Attempting to exploit technical vulnerabilities, software bugs, or pricing errors on the platform to gain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or betting results, including chip dumping in poker or live casino games.
• Using the fe99 platform for any form of money laundering, financial fraud, or any other unlawful financial activity.
• Attempting to access another member's account without authorisation.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, discriminatory, or harassing conduct toward fe99 staff or other platform users via any communication channel.
• Placing bets on behalf of or in the name of another person without their express written consent.
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by law, where the member knowingly circumvents geographic access controls to do so.

Upon detecting or reasonably suspecting a breach of any of the above prohibitions, fe99 reserves the right to take one or more of the following actions without prior notice: temporarily suspend the relevant account, permanently close the account, void pending or settled bets, withhold or reclaim bonus funds and associated winnings, forfeit the account balance where fraud or criminal activity is involved, and report the activity to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, fe99 shall not be liable to any member for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the member's use of the platform, including but not limited to: loss of winnings due to technical faults beyond fe99's reasonable control; interruption of service due to scheduled or emergency maintenance; inability to access the platform due to network, device, or internet service provider failures on the member's end; or decisions made by the member in the course of gambling activity.

fe99's total aggregate liability to any individual member for any direct damages arising from a proven breach of these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that member in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

fe99 makes no warranty, express or implied, that the platform will be available at all times without interruption. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance where reasonably practicable. fe99 shall use commercially reasonable efforts to restore service as promptly as possible following any unplanned outage.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude fe99's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other matter for which it would be unlawful to exclude or limit liability. These Terms do not affect any statutory rights you may have as a consumer under applicable Bangladeshi consumer protection legislation.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws applicable in the jurisdiction in which fe99 operates. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through fe99's internal complaints procedure shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in that jurisdiction.
